Hayley also co writes and loves to collaborate as a top liner and vocalist. She has written with various songwriters including Nashville American Songwriter winner Bill Diluigi, The Dunwells, Hattie Murdoch, Phil Caffrey, Claire Hamill, Anna Neale, Ed Cosins, Andy Johnson and twice grammy nominated Jan Buckingham. 

 She is also a Vocal Coach, delivering workshops and singing lessons for all ages and backgrounds across the North East. She is based at the Forum Music Studios in Darlington where she teaches vocal technique and runs a music wellbeing group called Music Mind.

Hayley studied at Brighton Institute of Modern Music and Access to Music in London alongside the likes of Jess Glynne and Ed Sheeran. Over the years she has taught at Stagecoach Theatre arts, School of Rock n Pop, worked for North East Music foundation, Musinc, and has ran popular workshops and music clubs.
